Corey answered all my questions and explained options for various types of loans. We feel he had our best interest in mind. We easily built a positive rapport with him and felt we could trust him.

The communication, sense of urgency, and overall confidence Matt and team had in doing their job. During this emotional time and having unforeseen circumstances come up that blessed us with the opportunity to meet Matt and team. They immediately let us know we were going to be taken care of and helped keep us sane during our time before closing.

I think there should have been better communication on specific details on the loan that should have been explained. I would have felt more comfortable if some things were explained more clearly

Quick process. We had to upload my documents several times though. The last electronic signatures for closing came quite late and I could not access them.

Great communication!

Tanner was a great communicator and great to work with. He was able to get us approved for well more than we needed / expected and more than other lenders could do. We got a better interest rate (considering todays market) than other lenders and the down payment was significantly lower than we were expecting. He was very patient and answered all of our questions quickly. We have already shared his contact information with some friends that will be looking to purchase a home later this summer.

You and your team made us getting our house possible in the final hour. We know you guys worked around the clock to get this done for us and we couldn’t be more appreciative. We can’t thank you enough!

Bob's availability when I needed to chat. Katie's quick responsiveness to questions throughout the process, and good discernment when a phone conversation was needed (vs email). First time I did online review/approval of documents. I like that since I can review at my leisure.

After I was preapproved, Markita sent me a personalized video highlighting my options and numbers. Two other lenders preapproved me but her presentation was so strong and well-put together, it made me want to work with her even more. No one else had that sort of presentation. At the time she wasn't licensed to write loans in West Virginia but said she would go through the necessary steps to get licensed and she did. She told me what information I would need and that's exactly what Beth Carney, her loan processor, asked for. Speaking of Beth, she was terrific as well. Markita made this an easy and smooth process. My Realtors were also very impressed with how the loan processing was handled and they also look forward to working with her again. I will recommend Markita, her team and Fairway to everyone I know.
